Starting Point Residential is a proudly family-run estate agency, led by husband-and-wife team Joe and Michaela. We realised that the traditional estate agency model no longer delivered the level of service our customers deserved — nor did it allow great agents to truly thrive. This insight became the driving force behind Starting Point Residential.

After spending over a decade working for some of the biggest estate agent companies in the UK, I noticed that although the way people purchase and view items has changed, estate agents have remained the same!
I believe it is time to present homes to the public, focusing on not just the property but also the lifestyle, owners’ experiences and local attractions. This is best presented through video on social media.
